Mutuality is the most important capital.
Entrusting someone with your most valuable asset requires one thing above all else: trust. Honesty and openness are always the most important assets.
Dependency in a business relationship is particularly sensitive for many entrepreneurs. How secure is our corporate financing?
Will the investor provide sufficient funds in the long term?
How serious is the partner about his promises?
Will everyone stay on course in the event of fluctuations?
And above all: How strong is the management in the company and will this help us to progress operationally?
Blind trust is often paid for in hard cash. Both sides must therefore have confidence in their long-term success and need the feeling - if not the certainty - that they can rely on each other in the long term.
Instead of power, do it together.
Why do we attach so much importance to the long term? Because EVOIO is different and acts differently. We don't have a disposal countdown. We don't count from ten to zero, but many years into the future.
We hold our assets. And we don't believe in exercising power. Instead, we want to do things together with you. The transfer of expertise in partnership is therefore the core of our philosophy.
Do you prefer to trust concrete cases rather than words?
With ActSafe from Sweden and Anthron from Slovenia, EVOIO took over two established quality manufacturers of motorised rope winches and climbing equipment in 2015 and 2019 respectively. In both cases, things have been going uphill ever since. In 2020, we became Europe's largest manufacturer of aluminium forgings with the acquisition of Aludesign in Italy. Since then, we have invested in the sites and now produce bicycle and motorbike components there, among other things.
In Scandinavia and the Balkans, we have retained our employees, further expanded the sites, massively increased sales from the very first year and ignited a great deal of sales power.
